First things first, like all songs this could be interperated in MANY ways, and there are some brilliant example of this on here. My favourites are jman2807's, brain stew has an interesting take on it as well. I've looked through the meanings on one of these SOAD website for this song, the majority of people agree that Bannana = Penis Terracotta Pie = Vagina 'is there a perfect way of holding you baby' Suggests to me, a guy is asking, whats your favourite position. 'vicinity of obscenity in your eyes' Suggests to me that a hes about to sleep with a girl and she has a horny/kinky look in her eyes. I think the verse is serj asking, do we learn defeat or our mistake after getting a STD/STI ? Or just go spreading it ? Im not sure if when it says 'whore' means prostitute or just calling someone a whore because they're carrying an STD basically saying there dirty. In this case i think 'bad feet' could be a strage metophor for a woman with an STDs vagina. Or, as said before the whole footjob thing. Then it kinda changes oddly to say 'beat the meat' or masturbate. 'Treat the feet' I htink hes saying, get treated for your STD. and 'to the sweat milky seat' either means, beat it until you ejactulate, or, beat it, sat on the toilet (a stero-typical toilet having a white seat). And 'LAIR !' could be what 'brain stew' said, about a guy letting out his anger, at how he was betrayed by a girl lying about 'not' having an STD. Where it says: (in the second verse) 'All I gotta do is just sit back and wait' It's achully 'All I gotta do is just hold back and wait' Anyway, how interperate it... I kinda agree with 'reality of love', its kind of a situation im in at the moment, you want to say all the right things and tell this one person how much you love them and how much they mean to you. It tell the story of a guy in love. But in a way have to much to say and cant get it out, and after you say all this you think, "wow that probably overwhelmed her a bit". The chorus could describe how over the moon he is. It's hard to explain it, but as i said its how I feel at the moment, you just... zone out, into a world where everythings perfect, and everyone you see just puts a smile on your face, and reminds you of this one person. The last three lines are him saying how he knows he swamps this person with telling them how he love them, but it how he feels and can't help it, when this person make him SO happy. BUT The verses suggest to me that hes told this girl (or whoever) he loves them, but shes done this, "I donno" thing, and hes saying that she wants her time, where he wants her. But, its hard to understand, as shes so perfect to him, so it must be hard for him. Its an amazing song, and that 'one song you cant get out of your head' song for me. Hope this enlightens you.
