I'm going to embarass myself and say what I think the meaning is (and with my luck I'm completely off cause I suck at coming up with the "meaning behind the lyrics") but here we go..
I think it's about two friends, one (the guy), has feelings for the other (the girl). The girl maybe in a relationship with another guy (cause of the line "when he hurt me you were my prince sent straight from above"), maybe the relationship is not going so well so she goes to her friend for comfort but fails to realize he has strong feelings for him until it's to late. After he's gone (maybe he moves or gives up for some reason) she realizes there was something more than friendship between them and she regrets now she's wanting him to "come back". She wants to be with him.

JustForNow - Your right it's Want TO keep you inside (the "to" is said fast).
Usually I'm not into these soft/slow songs (I'm more of a rocker I guess), but I feel in love with this song as soon as I heard it, beautiful lyrics/music.

I don't think the song was written for Twilight (but I could be wrong). I remember watching a interview with the director and she was talking about two songs written for the movie (Decode by Paramore and Rob's song), but this song fits Twilight so well it makes me wonder if it was written for the movie. |

I've had so many family members die from Cancer (my aunt who I was real close to, and her son - whom my father was real close to) died from it. Everytime I hear this song it reminds me of them (and other's I know/have known). |
