| This song is about the cruelty and closed-mindedness of the world. In the verses, he speaks of how we all judge each other day in and day out. Then, in the chorus, he reverts to his dog. A dog is a great symbol of someone who loves everyone and judges no one. Gay, straight, homeless, wealthy.... a dog doesn't care. I listened to this song when I was young, and recently became reaquainted with it. It wasnt until recently that I realized how well put together this song is. | |
