Alright, I'll be honest with this. To me, this song reminds me of homosexuality. It clicked the other night while listening to it. "The time has come to change this, to stretch this thought a mile, we've lost this kind of spirit." To me, this refers to prejudice toward the homosexual population. Either they've given up trying to convince other's that they're normal, or that they've given up on the idea that homosexuals as a whole can be completely accepted. "It's not what I stole..." And the lines like this, can refer to some people believing that homosexuals are 'stealing people' away from them. When it mentions laughing, it could be meant toward bullies. "Born like this..." Of course, the fact that being homosexual is in your DNA and you can't do anything about it. But again, this is my opinion. I almost feel like I'm going out on a limb saying this... |

I love this song a lot. And on the Mana topic, he does say his name in one of the interviews. And another time he is sitting on the floor, and the interviewer asks him, "Why are you sitting on the floor, Mana-sama?" And he replies with, "Because it's cute." Ah yes. Because he isn't epic. >>; |

I agree with Pika, but as usual Alissa has managed to add in her bit against animal cruelty. Woot for her. I also think that it also brings about the aspects of a stereotypical girl who wants to make herself beautiful in the media's eyes: 'The wasp's nest expands...' |
