I get the feel that he is explaining a pessimistic view of the cinderella story if she didn't have a happy ending (if the prince didn't find her at the end). At first she is having a good time, then at midnight the 'bomb' goes off and she no longer has the magic. Now she has a taste of happiness, but can't have anymore, so she regrets it. |

"Juliet when we made love you used to cry
You said I love you like the stars above Ill love you till I die"
That part always sends shivers up my spine. It's so good i want to cry... |

It's easier for him to lie than say he loves her because he don't feel like he is good enough for her, "who am i... when i'm learning..." |

Yes this song is most defiantly about sex, but it is the most beautiful way of expressing the idea of sex (that i have heard). When he is with her he feels this passion and he wishes her (maybe him, who knows) to feel it too. |

She is so full of helping others (the tower) that she doesn't help herself (flower trying to bloom...) so she needs someone to come and bring up her problems and try to fix them. |

I don't really like the idea of it being about abortion. But it got me thinking... what if the child is her? Though I may not be able to make a lot of connections, but the reflection bit fits. Plus for this part "And this child I would destroy, if you tried to set her free" it could be that if you try to reach out to her she will pull away more... |

I could be completely and utterly wrong about this idea but the feeling i am getting from this is that she is alone in love and she has kinda figured out what the guy needs to do to get into her life, "I map the words and maybe you will say them". She needs someone to "overcome her"...
But again, i could be wrong... |

| Vienna Teng – Gravity Lyrics

I agree with the whole (not yet) couple bit. It reminds me a lot of a Romeo/Juliet situation. They are meant to call each other "love", others are trying to "poison" them against each other, they have to "hold back" their feelings for each other. With the idea of orbiting and gravity... it's like her world revolves around him and (like gravity) their love is something that is natural an cannot be helped. |
