I have to follow up woth what foreverago and ~Kira X Kira~ said, it totally fits the story. Every part of the song has something to do with Deathnote. The part "Yume risou ni kaeru (dreams, turned into ideals)" really relates with Light because his dream of changing the world eventually not only becomes his ideal, but also his obsession. Then the line "Doushite Boku wa kowareta Messiah, dare mo ga nozonda owari wo (Why? Am I a broken Messiah, everyone wished for a finale) shows Light's confusement as to why everyone is turning against him. Dosen't everyone want a "finale" so that all the crime will end? Dosen't everyone wish for a paradise? Then why are people trying to killl him if he's trying to show them, "a shining sky?" |

This song is really awesome and it sounds really cool in Deathnote too, it just sorta naturally sounds calming yet it talks about so many things that totally connect with me. The bottom line....this song is freakin' awesome!!! |

I've heard this song a couple of times, I really like the beat, but thinking about the meaning, I think it's about a girl that dosen't want to leave her lover for anything (always would return to your hand). She wants to cling onto the love they had and she'll do anything for it (longing for a new fairyland;I'd turn the sky....a million times for you....). |
