Bright Eyes – It's Cool, We Can Still Be Friends Lyrics 16 years ago
This song still makes me want to keel over and die.

Bright Eyes – Lua Lyrics 16 years ago
I think it's yet been mentioned that there is an ancient Italian goddess of the name Lua, who was a goddess of fire/destruction :) She was also the second consort of Saturn.

Zero 7 – Left Behind Lyrics 17 years ago
This is now one of my favourite songs on The Garden, it's so beautiful and displays perfectly the pure melancholy and lack of self-worth a break up of this kind leave you with.

'Scared to think away the cheer'
Is a beautiful line, it indicates the subject trying to hold onto everything which could and has been; the hope, the love, the nostalgia.
The next few lines indicate his and her views towards the potential of the relationship. He sees long lasting happiness, love, while she has a vision of restlessness and unhappiness.

The essence of the song pulling yourself together after losing everything. I definitely see it more as being her leaving him; 'Are you aware of the mess you left behind?' Do you really care at all what you've done to me? etc.

Air – Ce Matin La Lyrics 17 years ago
Really can't understand why nobody has commented this song :)

While there are no words, the music is truely beautiful. I particularly like waking up to this song, it just shouts out to me as starting a wonder filled summers day. I love it. One of my favourite songs by Air.

Music without words is what art is to modern art.

Air – Lucky And Unhappy Lyrics 17 years ago
This song speaks out to me in taking ultimate control of your own life, and not simply just following set trends which lead to happiness: High jobs in the city for example, lucky in the eyes of many, yet unhappyness prevails. Rather if being a hobo on the streets would make you happier, go for it. It's a philosophy I follow strongly.

Air – Somewhere Between Waking and Sleeping Lyrics 17 years ago
This song really does what it says in the title. It truely takes me away to another dimension. I see it as seeking deeper meaning into things, looking beyond the obvious.

It strongly reminds me of the days last year when I would spend hours on end just endlessly cycling, thinking about things, effectively in a trance. This song was always with me.

Air – Suicide Underground Lyrics 17 years ago
Wow. Chilling. The music really makes this blend between the book and the song perfect. Air were by far the best candidates for the soundtrack of the movie. One of my favourites of all time.

I get shivers down my spine every time I hear the last verse.

Air – The Vagabond (feat. Beck Hansen) Lyrics 17 years ago
Woah, a collation between two of my favourite artists. What more can I say? It's got the beauty of Air yet the very weird, laid back Beck addition. The two go together very well.

To me the song is about being stuck in a routine, with something lingering close in the future. The end is constantly getting closer. Seeking meaning of things is evident also. I love it.

'oh shit!'
