For me, this song is about forgiveness between friends. How I relate to it: Recently (well, more like four months), one of my friends and I just stopped talking. And though we were both in the wrong, both of us are too proud to reconcile. So today, I tried saying that it doesn't matter who was at fault first and that the friendship is all that matters. But most of all, I wanted to say that he should try to finally "climb over the bridge" because I would be waiting on the other side. |
