Do you really think Lucy in the sky with diamonds was about a child's crayon drawing? my favourite Christian rock song is “after forever” by Sabbath but isn’t that the same band that were in trouble for being thought of as Satanists? You can argue with censorship by way of confusion. |

I think that the line "what we so proudly hail" is meant as a contrast between patriotic pride & patriotic shame. Basically don’t mess with the U.S. but with an afterthought to the idea that the U.S. is corrupt.

I am a voice hearer (I'm glad to say my mother is alive) I think it might be as simple as saying that those of us that suffer adversity gain insight and appreciation for life.
Humourously I made an anti-paranoia note to myself saying that the lyrics proved chris is neither a knower of voices or a puppet of the supposed machine that advocates madness (the 1 that my voices say exists) ... then I noticed that I said he's not a puppet and the next lyrics are "cuttin me down, cutting me down!" LOL |

-continued.. in fact looking at the lyrics again I think I have the answer, consider the following 2 possibilities 1 - it was re-worded to fit in with the musical and 2 - the lyrics "I'm looking for me

But we don't know what to do" should read "youre lookin for me im looking for you were looking at each other and we dont know what to do" meaning a user and a dealer's humourously worded predicument! I could be right I really could be. |
