Obviously, everyone got the point that it's about TV. But there's more to it. Some already mentioned that it's about how it currupts people. Yes, but how? TV changes who people are. All the reality shows, movies, cartoons. People start acting like their favorite characters. "This is human's life at it's best" it's what reality shows are trying to tell you. They want you to feel that you're living a shitty way. That if you're not getting your car "pimped" or if you're not being hooked up with like 5 girls or guys in one day, then you're doing something wrong. People actually feel that way. Which leads to depression. TV tries to tell you how to be. Or at least it used to. Before things had to be approved. Curruption, Propaganda, and making you feel envious. Good thing people now days have a bit more control. |
