| I haven't read through all of the responses, so I'm not sure if someone has already responded to the question about the definition of "safety buzz". It's when someone drinks just enough to get a small buzz, then uses as an excuse for any later actions they might make. They're not smashed, but later they can just say they were drinking and had no idea what was going on--even if they did. It's just a safety net kind of thing. Safety buzz. | |
