Well. First up I think its time that someone said there's no point bickering over what a song means, but far more worthwwhile to just say what it means to you personally. For me, this song is really personal. Im a recovering alcoholic and I can relate to it a lot. Its not that you want to be horrid to anybody, but you end up acting that way. Any reason is a reason to drink, as is any unpleasant or painful memory. The innocent girl, I see as the blinnd lust for company, and companionship. Another innocent girl that you will love and in turn destroy through a fucked up lifestyle. Over and out X |
