I personally think this is one of the best songs ever written. It doesn't hide behind clever metaphors or dress itself up in complex similes. It's just straight from the heart, raw emotion. It's almost like he spent no time thinking of the lyrics. Like he just sucked all the thoughts, all the questions you ask yourself in this situation from his head and let it pour out onto a page. A very realistic piece of work. |

I love the version off 'one more car one more rider' , when i first heard the guitar solo i was like 'wooah!'- just as much emotion in the playing as there is in the lyrics |
