I love this song. It just seeps into you and fills you up with peace and darkness at the same time. It's absolutely addicting, and my favorit blink 182 song, possibly my favourite song in general. To me, anyway, the girl isn't dead in this song. I think of her more as moved away becuase she couldn't get out of it (such as needing to take a job far away. Perhaps they agreed to end the relationship, but he still loves her and such. Death, of course, could create the same senario, but i think separation on earth would fit this song nicely. |

"I don't wanna feel your new disease" Is he saying that he doesn't want to get tangled up further with her becuase life is pointless and he just wants some peace? This song is great, but it is hard to understand beyond the basic theme of simplified life. |

| Out of all of Breaking Benjamin's amazing songs (which there are many), this is my favourite. I fell in love with this band the moment i heard this song. I think that it is about a guy who is hurting his girlfriend (physically or emotionally) and he hates himself for it, but he can't keep his dark side under control. | |
