| Chiodos – Baby, You Wouldn't Last A Minute On The Creek Lyrics | 17 years ago |
| craig has said that this song is about him wanting to leave chiodos. he wrote this right after they were signed to EVR. the drummer and guitarist at that time left, the same night they were signed. craig said that a part of him didn't want to continue with chiodos and the whole musician lifestlye. | |
| Cinematic Sunrise – Goodbye Friendship, Hello Heartache Lyrics | 17 years ago |
| so i read the new AP, the september issue, and i have a totally new found respect for craig owens. i am a big chiodos fan, and when i heard about cinemeatic sunrise and heard how different it was going to be, i was a little disappointed. but after reading that article i decided to check it out. the style is totally different from chiodos, but it's amazing... and so is craig owens. | |

ryan has said that this is an 'un-love' song. it is about a spoiled girl who has gotten everything she has ever asked for. and she wants the one boy who doesn't want her. the reason he doesn't want her is becuase this is all a game to her. she doesn't truly love him, but she says that she does because she doesn't fully understand what love is. i think that ryan's part is a switch in point of view. he sings the part of the girl. she admits to not loving him, and she goes on to say that if she lied and told him she honestly loved him, he would believe her. and he, in return, would love her too. whoo, lots a "love", "he", and "her" lol. anyone else see it like that? |

this song is amazing. i mean there are so many ways to interpret it... so many double meanings. it's so complex and clever, hard to find these days. and for all of those people who say they have changed... they have. they've matured. their music is so more diverse, so more "grown up". and change is good, a fever you can't sweat out was amazing, but you wouldn't want another album just like that, would you? anyways, panic has changed and pretty. odd. is amazing. reese |

| Panic! at the Disco – I Constantly Thank God For Esteban Lyrics | 18 years ago |

i'm not sure what to make of this song. the religious referances are obvious, so i suppose it could be about the hypocrisy of church and religion. but i don't think that fits in with the second verse. "and i for one can see no blood from their hearts or the wrists they allegedly slit" i think that this part IS referring to the 'scene' or whatever the hell you want to call it. but the next line "if this scene were a parish you'd all be condemned" refers back to the religious theme. it basically says the people are being unholy, and if the scene were religious, they would be condemned. and i don't understand the chorus at all. there are so many double meanings to this song... no one can say they truly know what the song is about besides ryan |
