| Actually, I think the vampire thing makes sense. "Fully dead already but forever young" Is a pretty good description of a vampire. Also the line before that, "So tired waiting for the end to come," could be the perspective of a vampire.. since he's/she's immortal and all. "And when I kiss I like to smother".. maybe a "vampire's kiss?" =D I'm not so sure if the 2nd verse is even related to the first, but somehow with the mention of vampires this song makes a little sense, lol. | |

This is the best song ever. One of them anyway... just a big fuck you to liars and cheats. There are too many personal experiences that I can attach this song to, but I consider it a good thing because it gives the song that much more meaning to me. I love NIN's "Somewhat Damaged" too. :) And, btw, misanthrope and misanthropy are both correct spellings. It's all in the definition/word class. A "misanthrope" is a person who hates people, "misanthropy" is the hatred for people. One's an adjective, the other a verb, respectively. But enough of that.. time for more of an awesome song! |
