In my opinion i think the first verse is talking about that he has a life outside of his relationship with this girl and that he has stuff to do besides spending time with her all the time and that he likes her and if his more important stuff don't work out that he will just be with her and happy.
i think the chorus means that he knows that he will be into her when he is with her but when he has stuff to do he will be gone so he is going to fuck with her mind but he will be faithful but just not sure if this is it for him.
and maybe the 3rd verse means that she is being a "cold person" by not understanding he needs to do other stuff but he still wants her |
