"The rack" is that bed-like torture device where they your feet to the bottom and tie your hands to a wheel. They turn the wheel to separate your limbs. The extra turn is to imply that he's that much of a jerk. |

Wow talk about reading too deeply into something. Why are there so many people on this site that think every song is about suicide or murder. It's just a pretty celebration of one's love for another. No other lyric supports this theory at all. |

I loved this song, so when I saw there was a movie titled "Hannah takes the Stairs" on Netflix, I jumped to watch it. The song is obviously based on this movie. It mentions a trumpet solo and even pulls the line, "I'll work on the limbs if you work on the torso" from the film. Didn't care for the movie so much, but watching it did help me appreciate the song even more. |

The lyrics to this song are dumb. They make no sense at all. It's just a bunch of pretty lines thrown together with no connection to each other at all. But for some reason, I love this song, Ediwn puts so much vocal sincerity in this performance that I believe his B. S. Thanx Edwin. |

This is a great song I used to be a big Celine fan. After looking at the Lyric books in the CD I learned I was actually a Diane Warren fan. Listen Celine's music pre and post 1999 There's a big difference. The songs lost a coherent message at one point and became more about showboating Celine's voice. Once in a while she got a good one after that but not so much after Diane's songs dropped off the albums. |
