You know, at first, I was quick to judge Miley's new album, and quite negatively might I add. I take that back, although this isn't actual alternative/rock, it's a step up from her usual princess pop-star stuff. I really think this song is about two different, and I mean DIFFERENT people in a relationship, and he's a bit of a player, but not severely, but she "tries to see it his way" but she doesn't see a way of this relationship working out, and although she doesn't want to let him go, it's what's best for her. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I really think I'm right on this one. |

I think the meaning is quite different than most. I think that a guy did something to screw up a good thing, and it hurt her pretty bad, but even though he wanted her back, and he still loved her, he acted the part of a guy over a stupid girl. He made it look like she was at fault. She was doing everything to get him back, but instead she gave up, seeing that he wasn't into her, or so she thought. And she found someone new, and now the guy is wishing he would have spoke up. That's just my opinion though. |

You know I do believe kylebible may have a very good point but after listening to this song hundreds of times and watching the video over and over, me and my mom really think he's talking about music and his instruments. You see, when people listen to music, they connect. Friendships are formed. And I think that when he says, "You got so much love in you" he's talking about his instruments, seeing they are what he uses to create his WONDERFUL music. This is just my own view and opinion on this song. Bryce Avery is amazing. Such a talented and beautiful soul. |
