"Blind Revolution Mad" is what has just happened in America - The people are Blind, they think they had a Revolution with the election of Obama, and it's all Madness! How much do drugs cost? It depends on the market, patents and how much money drugs companies can rake in. Not the cost of actually manufacturing the drug. Drugs companies have no interest in curing Africa of AIDS - they can make more money on the long-term selling expensive medication to the better-off middle class. If they cured the millions of poor people all round the world and erradicated the disease, then there would be no money left to make. Seen the movie the "Constant Gardener"? That's along the right lines. I wonder if the song refers to the theory that AIDS was created by the US government in their Special Virus Program in the 60s. I am inclined to believe it.
