I think the part where she sings " now I've got all of your love letters written on my skin" is not about cutting herself but about the visible marks "kissing into ruins" left and the emotional promises you inadverantly make while doing so being broken. Just my opinion. This song is beautifully sung. And the lyrics,thoughtful and full of meaning. |
