Most everything has been said, but I will add that the line "you'll understand when I'm dead" could easily be connected to the old saying that 'most artists aren't fully appreciated until they're dead' and admirers take a closer look at the way he lived(before & after the song was published) and how he died. Since he is still alive we can only look closer at his life and his work. With that said the song "Minute of Decay" is also on ACSS, including the line "this is my most vulnerable moment" or a mental establishment that 'he is already dead' which has been mentioned a few times, but I thought it should be looked into further. |
