He suspected his doctor of trying to convince him that he needed glasses by doing dastardly deeds such as putting things in his way and saying that his vision was blurred. But then he caught the doc red handed and admitted that he could see perfectly and was just there to catch him. The doc was then arrested for breach of trust.

The cops knew about the term "John", so they went with something more cryptic - a John was an Albert Flasher.

This song is the soundtrack for a 9 minute and 45 second epic movie. Well, really it's Superman (yes, I know this came first). At the beginning of the song, Superman is flying aroung doing regular superstuff. Then a big bad guy, let's say Doomsday, surprise attacks Superman and he goes MIA. That's when the song goes from the Superman theme to the quieter middle. During this quiet middle, Lois is running around trying to help find Superman and stop Doomsday. Then at the part of the song where it gets really scary and hyper, is when Doomsday catches Lois and grabs her up and takes her to his lair. Then he is going to unveil his master plan to her before killing her and as he throws the switch (and the Superman music returns), Superman rises from the dead and flies in to beat the shit out of Doomsday. He kills him and saves Lois. Then he and Lois fly into the sunset. The end.

It seems to me that she had a troubled childhood with an alcoholic father. Now that she's grown up, she has a daddy complex and hovers around the bars looking to pick up guys drinking alone. She probably does this professionally. Only problem being that she's very pushy, which is why the guy walks away from her in the end. He's just trying to drink and maybe get laid, and here she comes talking about what a crappy cook she is and that she wants to take him home with her about 2 minutes after they met. Dude don't need syphilis. As for the robbery thing, maybe she's planning on robbing him after they're done in the sack.
