I really think this is a prime example of RK's randomness and uniqueness. I doubt it has any real meaning to it other than they wish you to enjoy the CD instead of 'thowing it away'. |

I definitely agree with musical hearts that he's is talking about his mistakes with people. I find myself having to heed his advice about 'biting my tongue' because I can really 'conjure up a phrase that can cut to the quick' and unfortunately 'I wish that I could take back' half of the things I have said. |

I don't think he fell asleep in front of the TV because if you listen toward the end of the song, right after the last pepperoni, during the strings riff, a rhythymic beeping starts kind of like an alarm clock. I agree with sablechatrat that he was asleep but I think that rhythymic beeping was his alarm clock going off and yes 'it was all just a dream.' Any thoughts? |
