alright I know I'm a nerd for looking this up... a little obsessed actually. south platte is a town south of denver. 6 miles north of it is a lockheed martin factory (according to google maps). I'm assuming since they do aeronautical engineering, there's a tarmac there somewhere, the only one he could be referring to if he's referring to anything real. He also mentions HAZMAT which is an industry term for hazardous material. I dunno is this about some lockheed martin controversy? |

oh. oops. ok, you'll die faster than without water. ok so than without water... still not getting it. The only metaphor I know for water is in Buddhism or maybe Taoism too where water is sometimes associated with clarity, reality, I've heard "water is better than honey." Is that it? I've never been threatened with death by being... with water before, so I don't know what people he's talking about. the phrasing is confusing too "you'll die faster than without water." It's gotta mean something, I mean why would he phrase it like that, as apposed to "you'll die faster with water." you'll die faster this way than you would without water? like it takes longer to dehydrate yourself than it takes to die from seeing too much reality at once? | Of all the explanations I've seen, I like the ones that say it's about people trying to hide the world from other people (I guess usually children) and about sleep and dreams being a metaphor for closing your eyes to reality. It explains the tone, the video, even the death march (you can't hide the reality of death), the sparks (of enlightenment I guess)....... but WHERE. WHERE DOES THE WATER COME FROM?! what's the significance of water? I just worked out today and I needed to drink a lot of water! water is good! Is it a metaphor for something else? You'll die faster without water... it's true, no? | |
