Seriously you people? I'm surprised. The meaning of this song, to me anyway, seems to scream.. I think it's about a guy who was in love with a girl, and she died. And he can't stop grieving for and thinking about her, and it's driving him insane. look at the way these can be interpreted: "When the bells chime like there's no tomorrow" - a church. a funeral. "Never gonna ever belong to another" - he loved her. "Candle shines" - a candle..once again. funeral. "But my darling you have fallen" - she died. "But the wind in your wings blows them out And for my arms it is too late And your wings are gonna have to wait Leave me alone I am not an angel yet Leave me alone I am not an angel yet Not an angel yet" - his memories are killing him but he is trying to move on with life. That's just what I think. You should all read the book "I heart you, you haunt me." |
