i feel like this song was made for connor, because of his song "lets not shit ourselves (to love and be loved)"? i think thats song is beautiful and moving and sad because when he's talking about the "Chicago hospital" he's talking about an attempt at suicide.
this song is a response to it. true friends would reassure him, that they'll always be there. these are my two favorite (connor's first) songs, both songs are so... expressive, and heavy. |

I think this song is about the fact that you cant escape morality, that old age and eventual death is something you cant come back from--a realization thats kinda frightening. |
