i didn't read all the comments but to me this song is about death or has death as a theme. i really like it, but it frightens me and can make me feel sad and alone for some reason. |

i love daft punk but this song is not really their best ... i hate it how the bad ones become singles and the gems remain unrecognized...

i love the hint just before the chorus where he says 'were i the last girl on earth'. it alludes to the fact that she is a lesbian and he'd have to be a girl for her to consider him no?

nice interpretation, jody. I think we've nailed what it's about. However, this doesn't stop it from being a sell-out song. Blue, Pinkerton and Maladroit are the only albums i like by weezer. But I do really love them. |
