(This means that people try to stand up and say something about the Iraq war, but everyone is just so caught up in supporting the troops and honoring them that they don't realize what they are fighting for.) | thats fucking weak its not because they are influenced by "angry hate music", thats just bullshit. my say on that matter is.. consider a situation in which there are a few kids who listen to metal music and a bigger group who listen to hip-hop, and are living under hip-hop influence. the bigger group picks on the smaller group of metal-listeners because they think they are tough by, in a group, degrading and making fun of the others who are different and have different outlooks and aspects of life and music. so the kids get fed up with all of their bullshit, and fight back. its not enough and they continue being picked on and bullied by this group of kids and one day, the group of three kids snap and bring an arsenal of weapons into school and, blatantly going for the kids who picked on them, massacre.. actually, well i shouldn't say massacre because these kids bullied the ones who are different from them their whole lives, murder slews of of kids, who probably didn't deserve to be killed, but just got caught up with the wrong group of kids who picked on and bullied others. | |

few corrections. its actually, "go drill your deserts, go dig your grave" and "sinking in getting smaller again, undone, it has begun, im not the only one" also "And the reign will kill us all," and.. "now there's only emptiness, but i'm missing something, i think were done, i'm not the only one." and.... "Hey, get that back inside. I tried to tell you once," theres probly more but i cant remember them all right now if you go on youtube, one of the videos shows the official lyrics. for the meaning, i think from the "go drill your deserts, go dig your grave" part you can see its about corruption and money, but it probly has more to it than just that. |
