hm, it kind of seems that the following lyrics contradict the quote someone posted above me from beyonce: Get me bodied That means come closer to me While we grind to the beat And your body's touching my body All I need is to let it be Ain't no worry, no Boy dance with me Feel my body Don't stop just come closer to me While we grind to the beat With your body touching my body i like the idea of "get me bodied" meaning exactly what the lyrics state above. just having a really good time dancing with someone gettin' bodied! i agree with everyone else, this song makes me dance. |

favorite line: "get to the ocean ‘fore I run too low" i like how the music sounds as well as how he sings it. even though he has sung it two times before that part it is different at that moment in those three seconds. i also like the change of music during: "Old gypsy woman spoke to me, said, “You’re a wolf, boy, get out of this town.” |

my favorite lines: "the diamonds, the chains, the bracelets, the charms i thought my jesus piece was so harmless till i seen a picture of a shorty armless and here's the conflict: it's in a black person's soul to rock that gold, spend ya whole like trying to get that ice, on a polo rugby it look so nice, how could something so wrong make me feel so right, right?" i love his delivery in this song. i think jay-z put the icing on the cake in this one. maybe i am just partial to him, though. gotta love jay. when i went to see kanye (graduation tour pretty much) he did this song and the crowd started putting up the rock-a-fella diamond. this song is even better live, it's fire. |
