I don't know anything about this band, I just seriously love this song. This song and Inner Silence are the two songs I listen to side by side, and they are both so intense and so full of a passion, of an emotion that I can't grasp. And so I know they have a very significant meaning and I think he's talking about a love he's met that he wished his mother can see, and they seem to be having problems because he's asking so passionately if she's there, if she can hear him, where she is when he needs her most. But I don't know, I'm just throwing this out there... |

So I know I'm the new girl at this site and all but when Billy says "she" I don't think he's talking about a girl so to say...This album debut during a time when Billy was having problems, but of course he's usually having problems. But I think by "she" he means Heroin, glass is another name for the drug and even by saying "dirty mirror" it could be interpreted as such. But that's my take. |
