KoЯn – All In the Family (feat. Fred Durst) Lyrics 16 years ago
I'm glad people are seeing Fred Durst for what he really is, a talentless piece of shit who only got famous because Wes Borland was a great guitarist. Not many know this, but when Fred Durst gave KoRn their first demo tape, Korn didn't like it; however, when Wes Borland joined the band they made a new demo tape and that's when KoRn liked and got Limp Bizkit signed. Ever notice that when Wes left the band Limp Bizkit went to shit? Fred Durst always had an annoying voice anyways, only people with talent in that band is Wes Borland and DJ Lethal!

But anyways, I love Life is Peachy and I'm glad I can listen to (in my opinion) the greatest KoRn album without being tortured by some song plagued with the sounds of Fred Durst's shitty fucking voice.

Eat shit Fred Durst!

Whitewidow, you are a christian, I've read the Satanic bible, and Satanist's are christians, if you believe the Satanic Bible, you believe the Christian bible, and you believe all that non-sense is true. Honestly, I think all satanics are just as retarded as christians.

Syd Barrett – Here I Go Lyrics 18 years ago
I don't really think he's mocking Pink Floyd. It wasn't their fault, Syd would have been very selfish to think Pink Floyd shouldn't continue on while he was being the way he was. He didn't show up for shows, and if he did, he wouldn't play, he would just fuck around on stage. Being in a permanent acid-state of mind really sucks, and it's tragic what happened to him. But remember, David Gilmour helped make this CD with Syd... so I don't really think Syd hates David so much.

Pink Floyd – The Final Cut Lyrics 18 years ago
About people thinking Roger Waters didn't write this for teenagers, blah blah. Roger Waters writes A LOT of songs about growing up, in one way or another, they relate to growing up without his father and then the politics and whatnot. Not all his songs are about that though, but songs like this, and many more could be about growing up the way he writes it to be. I'm not saying your wrong, I don't think anyone is WRONG... except the kid trying to say it's about cutting yourself, cause if you get that from this song, you haven't studied it long enough. Not every songs name means what its about ;-)

Pink Floyd – The Final Cut Lyrics 18 years ago
I cannot believe someone, usa-13, tried comparing this song to the Emo-Trash of todays music. They didn't name it, The Final Cut, because he's slitting his wrist, it's because they cut it from The Wall. This song is not about cutting your wrist, and Pink Floyd wouldn't write about that trash. Ballzofsno hit the bullet right on, I really like his interpretation of the song.

Pink Floyd – See Emily Play Lyrics 18 years ago
i agree with Steve82c, Syd was a genius, he had some drug problems, thats not a lie, but that doesn't means every song was written on LSD or every song was about LSD. He seriously was a genius, and I think the same way towards Roger Waters and David Gilmour... These guys are musical genius'. So much emotion in their songs. You know it's good music when you can FEEL the songs. I feel the same way towards Nine Inch Nails.

Pink Floyd – Wish You Were Here Lyrics 18 years ago
So many comments, I doubt mine will be read. Wish You Were Here is a song about Syd Barret, many know this I'm sure since they've said it themselves. But someone posted that The Wall was sometimes referred to Barrets biography, I disagree, because thats mostly Roger Waters, every song had some relation to other band members, but mostly centered around Waters, he put alot of feeling into that song, fucking genius! To bad he had to be arrogant and cause a huge fued. I'm glad Gilmour, Mason and Wright continued on.

Nine Inch Nails – Down in It Lyrics 18 years ago
The song isn't about suicide... Maybe he ends the video that way, but not many of his videos actually follow the song.

It's deff about addiction, the drugs have ahold of him, changing who he is. Listen to the end of the song, "Na na na na na na na," The drugs have ahold of him and are mocking him.

Nine Inch Nails – Down in It Lyrics 18 years ago
I'm almost positive this song is about drugs. He was up above it when he was high, now he's down in it, because the addiction has pulled him down. I'm pretty sure Trent has said this was about his addictions.

Nine Inch Nails – I Do Not Want This Lyrics 18 years ago
I've had manic depression most my life, along with bipolar, and all that great shit they say you have. This song means my life to me, cause I feel the same way.

I know Trent didn't write this song for me, but it's what it means to me. That's the thing with NIN lyrics, they can mean one thing to Trent, and a totally different thing to the fan.

Nine Inch Nails – That's What I Get Lyrics 18 years ago
Trust No One, I feel the pain. I had an ex fuck my best friend... and they don't know I know, but it hurts inside. Even though I'm with someone else for the past 2 years, I still feel bad about it.

Anyways, this song is great, to me it's about a girl cheating on you after you put so much trust into her. She meant everything to you, but you didn't mean so much to her, because she went with some other kid. Sad song, I listen to Pretty Hate Machine after every break-up... Pretty Hate Machine = A women in my opinion.
