Bowerbirds – In Our Talons Lyrics 14 years ago
I'd agree with the "hippie" theory but that definitely seems to throw away the undeniable beauty of the lyrics. I think it's based on how man has conquered the Earth too fast for them to correct their own mistakes and now nature is forced to be the lonesome victim... a very elegant hippie song.

(how does the guitarist not get carpal tunnel syndrome while playing this?)

The Tallest Man on Earth – Where Do My Bluebird Fly Lyrics 14 years ago
this song had made me cry at least ten times over and over again. i believe this is about finding happiness through a relative or companion that can overcome depression within realistic stand points. he reflects practical comparisons of nature to that of natural comparisons. i cannot stop listening to the tallest man without hopes of more lyrics such as this.

i dont know how i came up with this but i see it as promoting experimentation and the idea that harsh and sometimes ignorant actions can become something good.
