From all that I know, Kurt just wrote this for whatever reason (maybe based on a true story or not) as an anti-rape song. And he later found out that it had been used in the background of a real life gang rape by some really sick fucks. |

I think it could be about anything in his life that he felt wasn't right, therefore he tries convincing himself that he is psychotic in order to explain his feelings, or the situation to himself. Also to give it a false sense of normality. |
