She is more than an artist, Lil' Kim is a poet. No one has written a sufficient analysis for 14 years, so I guess it's up to me. John had a "Queen Bee Rules" tattoo, obviously means "the best," or "winner" etc etc. He wanted to take her to prom, which is a "gathering of people" (who will most likely lose their virginity that night). He wants to buy her a horse. In 2000 Mobile gas company merged with Exxon, and a Porsche is definitely a gas guzzler. Everyone knows what a farm is so I won't bore you with it. Mobil, an award winning ("the best") thoroughbred raceHORSE, was born in "2000", and now spends his days GATHERED around female horses making babies on a FARM in Canada. This song is obviously about this horse. I could go on... everything else in the song matches up too. Big black penises, being locked up (in the stable), "cash money bling" (mobile made $1.877 MILLION)... I'm surprised no one saw it before. |

When i first heard it this is what i thought... then after many more hearings i thought the same thing. "they were all in love with dying they were drinking from a fountain" "Some will fall in love with life and drink it from a fountain" he considers life and death the same thing... if youre in love with dying you are in love with living. because living is like one long slow inevitable death. these kids are living it up-- thus all the random different deaths. im guessing the refrain refers to the singers (or songwriters) own view of their life and how to make the most of it. everyone here is saying its heroin... if so then so be it, but id like to believe he's thinking of love (i can taste you on my lips... seems like a lover) or it may be all about drugs. i hate that though. |
