Favorite song from them! I feel like it is a friendship that wants to be more than that, but the current situation they are in is making that not the best choice. last 2 lines throws that kind of off though or I'm not making the connection with it. |

Personally its the best song on "A Shipwreck in the Sand". I think its about someone who feels that he is making a mistake by marrying her. Then it simply expresses more on how s/he feels. Starvation, suicidal thoughts, and how life would be better if they never met. |

Beautiful and I find it true in many cases in life. Her inspiration for it was from the radio playing crappy music and she turned it off in frustration and was like "wow silence never sounded so good". Thats what was in an interview on her. Btw i support MyOwn2Cents his sounds correct. |

Could be about his mother. Through the hardest times she still fought to keep her "Home" whatever you may want that to be, a real house or comfort zone. I feel that it could be a pun. She tries to tell him that everything is fine, but he sees through that and doesn't know why she puts up with it. The dream scene: i interpretted it being that she was suffering but didn't want him to know even though he saw through the guise. He tried to help but she refused or "walked away" Perhaps his mother was trying her best to create that perfect world for him. |

Of the bunch of new songs on their new upcoming CD this is my favorite! I think it is about someone who loves this girl so much and would do anything for them. He wants to please them and show all the wonderful things of love that he has to offer. Just what i think though. Other than that I love how the acoustic goes with the first line of the chorus. |
