Actually, in real life cato was a roman statesman who was known for being very stubborn, hence the name cato as a pun. He's comparing the person who he doesn't see eye to with to cato. Cato is also in the play Julius Caesar which would make since because of Montreal seem to tie in reference to plays alot in their songs. |

YOU KNOW WHAT'S EPIC?!?!?!?! go to Iceland and listen to this! If you're going to europe anytime soon stop in iceland on the way back home (assuming you're american) it's cheaper than direct and Iceland is a beautiful place despite the lack of trees. I walked around dowtown Reyjavík for like 5 hours just listening to Sigur Rós and then listened to more sitting in an old lava field, (where according to most icelanders trolls like to live) The country is such a cool place, they basically all believe in fairytales of fairies and trolls and such and this music adds to that strangeness, in a good way. idk, maybe i'm just being a foreigner and thinking this is way more epic than it is. but sigur rós is epic. And Icelandic is one of the most beautiful languages i've ever heard, too bad it's also one of the hardest to learn unless you're a native. |
