so i totally thought this was about the upper class guy now among the lower class, but all these homosexual theories have really got me second guessing. Thats sooo funny. Im not sure which one it is, but do keep in mind that Dylan was good friends with Allen Ginsberg, a homosexual poet. |

No this one is definately about the government. About Facism. "Close his eyes for you" speaks of blind obediance. How if they try to force him, he'll only let you down. "You say your looking for someone whos never weak but always strong, to protect" yada yada yada its definately the military. I disagree actually with a lot of bobs principles but i like how he had an impact on history. |

Early on in the post, some people said that violence is not the answer. Why dont they go tell THAT to the terrorists who want to do nothing that kill us? Who would give up their life and the life of their family to just be able to harm one of us. Not to negotiate or sit in a circle and hold hands with us, no matter what we say. They want to kill us and it is pure evil. War is inevitable, and if your not burdened of war you are of poverty. |

i used to think that the 2nd verse about turning on the light was the about the government. How he wouldnt want to go to the governmemt or agree with it no matter what it tried to do. Or maybe the media. He was known for hating the media. |
