I looked up cheaters at dictionary.com and the second definition, after glasses is falsies. now it all makes sense. and I agree Nightvoice, the music combined with the story line is what really makes it so creepy. Gee that Mr. LaPage sure seems like a swell guy. Kinda like if Freddy or Jason moved in next door to Leave it to Beaver. |

I loved This song. It has a lot of the eastern influence that they later used in Aja. The Mina from china line is a little weak, It's the first time we hear about Josie. Is she the same one? I wish they would have given this song the full studio treatment. |

This was the First time I ever heard the "F" word in a song on the radio. They played it unedited, all the time. That was 4 years before Steve Miller had to change funky s**t goin down in the city to funky KICKS. Once again SD light years ahead of their time. |

I have the song book with this in it, and it is cobalt. I always thought it was Pogo"s cigarettes. This has to be one of the most straight forward lyrics of any SD song. no secret messages or double entendre or hidden meanings to figure out. I also like the sound of the voices on radio tuning in and out on the break. Great song. |
