Yes the video has something to with "The Lottery" which is the main concept of only the video. In his autobiography he mentions this song and why he wrote it. After several years apart, Chad, Brian's best friend asked him to come to his wedding. Brian was hesitant because he hadn't seen him for a long time and he hasn't seen everyone that was back home. Since he was already involved in his music career he was outcasted. So when Brian showed up to the wedding everyone looked at him differently and he wasnt the innocent little boy he used to be so they fear him actually. The concept of stoning makes Brain a scapegoat of everyones fears and what better way to get rid of their fears than to kill what is causing them. I hope this makes the song more clear. |

This song is so powerful. It is basically about giving up in life and erasing yourself from the world. It has a good point, "The minute that it's born, it begins to die," sort of seems like we are all destined to die. As soon as someone is born, there fate and time of death is set, and from there on in you grow up, but in doing so, you decay and begin to die on the inside. Like shaggy2dope said, it was wriiten when he was addicted to cocaine. |

Not only does the song talk about his grandparents, it talks about his transformation into the antichrist. The song tells the hardships that he went through in order to become the antichrist, who was larger than life. He started out as a worm and then through the pain, drugs, sex, and betrayals he only grew stronger and learned through his mistakes. Eventually he got his "wings" and became what he was destined to be. The transformation from ugliness to beauty had been complete. |

this song is very awesome and it has a lot of meaning to it. It is definitley about his grandfather and grandmother. If you read his autobiography "Long Hard Road Out of Hell" you'll know that its about his grandparents. By the way, his grandfather was a pervert. Please read the book. |
