Not really sure what this is about, like most AFI songs.. But who cares? It's amazing. Possibly the best song off Sing the Sorrow, & one of my most favorite songs of all time. 'Love AFI though. Old & new, they basically pummel most modern day bands to the ground. |

Ahaha. The world is a vagina? This is new. "Oyster" is just a metaphor for life or the world in general, I think. "You like the taste of it, can't take the smell" in other words, you like certain aspiring things in life, but hate the shit it takes to get there. The "shell" is events or things holding you back in life, or from being where you want to be. That's how I see it, at least. Love this song though. Jawbreaker is amazing. |
