...but its boring. I mean, its beautiful I guess, but there's hardly any variation. It's more of a song you listen to when you need peace or reassurance, but not one you would listen to all the time. The lyrics are really beautiful, though. Like the best extended metaphor I've heard. |

The lyrics are all wrong! It goes like so: 'Smoke your cigarette down to the bone Since you vowed to back it and you're too proud to sack it You'll have to carry out on your own. Think you had it under control. Your best foot forward and don't look back no more Could break your heart and damage your soul. Well they sold my name after restoring my shame Sold my name aw yeah. Tumbled my blame, tumbled the game, Got tablet sized brains, yeahh Smoke your cigarette down to bone, It's best not to mention your crave for attention, Your love for fame like blood from the stone. Too busy to notice that you've thrown, You turn to dust, as there's no one left to trust Last chance and your mind will go, Suppose my name, suppose it came And they stole my shame, yeahh And suppose it came and tumbled their game, Tablet sized brains, yeahh Or is it really such a sin, though? Toll for my sin. Is it really such a sin though? One hand is sailing x6' Or my version does, anyway |
