Pretty easy interpreting this one - one google search showed up that the Kathaarians (or Katharoi) were/are the group of the purest christians ever living - everything in the songs directs towards the christian god and Jesus Christ (12 disciples - apostles, Coyote - devil, etc.) I´ll try to explain more deeply.
