| this song is about the end of a relationship and how she doesnt want to admit it but she hasn't gotten over him yet. she says shell write him just to let him know that shes alright because she wants him to think shes fine without him. when she says she cant say shes sad to see him go, she means she doesnt want to say it because shes in denial. she repeats the "cause im not" part over and over because shes trying to reassure herself. she puts emphasis on the "forget the things they swore they meant" because she wants to point out that he promised he loved her and it meant nothing in the end, so shes basically putting him on a guilt trip right there. gotta love her | |

this song is aout a guy who has a breakfast date with this girl (Juliet Simms) and then they have sex and he falls in love with her. she knows how he feels but she doesnt feel this same way. she feels awful about sleeping with him but cant face him again so she gets on a plane and runs away. when she says shes done something so terrible and shes terrified to speak she means she doesnt know how to break it to him. she says hes driving her crazy (background singing) and that shes over him and moving on. this song is really sad, i almost cried when i realized what it was about. and at all time low's concert alex had to do all of juliet's part. it was sweet. |
