Massive Attack – Group Four Lyrics 10 years ago
Obviously its about a security guard. But contrary to other comments I dont think he necessarily hates his job, rather the opposite.

To think that I lay next to you - Wasting time when I could do A simple job in strip lights -
A flask I drink a sober tea,'Till daylight sends me home"

and

"I train myself in martial arts, As advertised
I reinforce my softened parts, As advertised"

Theres a sense of pride in these lines. It makes me think of a friend of mine who is just like that. He dreams of getting a job at a ship where he´ll be working hard day and night and be away from family and friends for months.

I think the female voice is supposed to be the security system. "See through me little glazed lane - A world in myself" is refering to the whole facility thats being monitored.
"Ready to sing - My sixth sense peacefully place on my breath" refers to the alarm that is ready to ring.

Then something strange happens in the music near the end that has been mentioned in other comments; the rhythm stops and theres a strange cacophony of sound spreading, which then leads into a buildup of intense of rhythms. This is where the alarm suddenly goes off, the security guards instincts turns on, and hes heading off to deal with the issue. This is where his purpose gets fulfilled.

I love this song. Its so cool, and all the riffs! I think its about some kind of storm blowing with high velocity and power over the lands destroying whatever walks the surface

Scooter – Ramp! (The Logical Song) Lyrics 18 years ago
Guys!! Youre supposed to tell about this songs meaning, not how you feel about it, who cares what YOU think??

Anyways, this is not a cover, they just borrowed the intro of the song. If you want to know its meaning you should rather check out the original made by Supertramp.

Immortal – Damned In Black Lyrics 18 years ago
I think it's about some kind of God-like things that rules the weather and wind in the north. And "beyond the dim" they shape into monstrous creatures, so that they can rule the land as physical beings as well

Marilyn Manson – The Golden Age Of Grotesque Lyrics 18 years ago
In golden age Manson wants to express the image like the one the decadent environments in germany had in the 1930's; rich people, actors/actresses hanging around in clubs, bars and casinos with lots of makeup and doing drugs.

"And I've got the jigger to make all of you bigger"

I think that one is about cocaine.

When you snort lots of cocaine you get a false feeling of being like the king. That what he means with "And I've got the jigger to make all of you bigger ladies und gentlemen"
