Like others have said, it's definitely about how change isn't always a positive.
But, going a little further, I think it's sort of about how mankind is so eager to advance itself that we change everything constantly in the name of advancement, even though it furthers ourselves from nature. "The night owl and I will hunt the contractor," meaning that our change is affecting animals negatively, and they aren't happy with it. |

I love this song! The vocals are so amazing and they played it sooo well live. At the show I went to they had a 2 or so minute intro to the song so at first no one knew what was coming, and then they burst into The Arm and it was simply amazing! Greatest band ever. |
