As kirbster said: In the first line, in my mind, the girl who killed the delivery man IS heroin, he's comparing the love / addiction of a drug, to what he would feel about a woman, he's hooked. and further in the song, he names the drug... anna, short for anesthesia, an effect which drugs can have on you. |
