This is so ridiculous, everyone is absolutely sure of their answers to who this song is about, but they are all wrong. No one in the stones wrote this song at all. The man who wrote this song happened to be my grandfather who wrote it about his ex-girlfriend, and sold it as a "Ghost Song" to them because he needed the money, being a poor musician. They decided to play this song, then countless rumors arose to who this was actually about. Obviously they weren't going to say they bought the song from some poor musician, so they went along with some of these rumors (i.e. Kieth Richards and his daughter). |
