"We won't break, we won't die, it's just a moment of change" I don't know, I see this more as a line about him saying that this break up is just a "moment of change" and it is not going to kill them, be that literally or in terms of their relationship. To me it is about a couple in trouble and I think they need to spend time apart and he is asking for that, and trying to say it without hurting the girl and without making it seem like he never wants to see her again. |

| I also agree with jhpiv4.....the simple meaning I also see it is about him being the prodigal son and turning his back on God, and does not get very far before he "breaks" but get God stays there and waits for him to return and is joyful on his return.... | |
