This is my fave nirvana song. I think that it has two meanings the 'posers don't know what it means' one and something along the lines of 'parents wanting kids for selfish reasons, and then leaving them out to dry when they become an inconvenience, or the parents find another kid to love (like kurts dad with his other wife's kids)' Its like he put another subtle meaning in the song that no one else knows about, so the people thinking they know what it means by listening to the chorus (most people) dont actually know, which is brilliantly ironic. |
